We’ve identified an issue some users are experiencing when trying to print a document in the Invoice2go app, specifically on devices running iOS 9. While we’ll have this issue resolved in an upcoming update, we want to let you know how to avoid this issue in the meantime.
If you’d like to print a document, here’s what to do:
- Select the invoice you’d like to print
- Tap on the Action menu (in the top-right corner), and then tap Preview
- From the Preview screen, tap on the Action menu and select Print
