Invoice2go Has Moved to The Cloud

Invoice2go Desktop has been replaced by our newest cloud-based product, which allows you to create and send invoices from your smartphone, tablet or computer. Even better, everything will sync across all of your devices so you will be able to access your work from anywhere.

How do I update to the cloud-based Invoice2go?

Simply provide your details via the form below and we will contact you in 2017 to help you migrate to our cloud-based product.

Why should I update?

When you begin using the cloud-based Invoice2go you will be able to access your company’s information from multiple devices including: iPhone, iPad, Android Phones and Tablets as well as your Laptop or Computer. You will also be able to use new features like accepting credit and debit card payments, expenses, recurring invoices, and much more.

The version of Invoice2go that you are currently using will no longer be supported after July 31, 2017.

Can I continue to use Invoice2go Desktop?

Yes, you can continue to use Invoice2go Desktop until July 31, 2017.
We have extended the deadline from December 31, 2016 as we understand that it’s a busy time of year for business owners, and we want your transition to using the cloud-based Invoice2go to be seamless.

How do I continue to use Invoice2go Desktop?

To continue to use Invoice2go Desktop throughout the beginning of 2017, please follow these steps:

  1. Open Invoice2go Desktop.
  2. When the pop up window prompts you to use read only, renew, or register, select register.
  3. Enter your Order Number from your most recent purchase.
    • Your Order Number can be found in your purchase confirmation in your email.
  4. On the Activation Key Screen, select Get Activation Key.
    • This will open a new window with your new activation key.
  5. Copy and paste the activation key into the prompt and click next.

You will now be able to continue to use Invoice2go Desktop into the new year.

Will anything be different if I stay on Invoice2go Desktop after July 31, 2017?

Yes, here are a few things to take into consideration if you decide not to update by July 31, 2017.

  1. The product will only be available in read-only mode.
  2. You will no longer be able to purchase the product or purchase additional renewals.
  3. The product will no longer be supported by Invoice2go.

For the best experience, we encourage you to update to the cloud-based product by July 31, 2017.
