Pass on Card Payment Fees

Summary:

• By accepting these terms, you will turn on a feature that passes to your customers the Service Fees Invoice2go charges you for processing these transactions. 
• By turning on this feature, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for complying with any applicable Card Network Rules.
• Depending on where your business or your customer is located, state laws may not allow you to pass these Service Fees to your customers.
• You, and not Invoice2go, are responsible for complying with all applicable state laws and Card Network Rules related to turning on this feature and passing the Service Fee to your customers.

Please read these terms for turning on the feature to pass to your customers the Service Fees Invoice2go charges you for processing these  transactions ("Terms") carefully and read them to the end.  By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand them.

By turning on this feature, you will add Service Fees  to the amount your end customers owes to you by displaying the Service Fees to your customer at the time your customer chooses to pay an invoice online using a card and prior to the user completing the transaction.  Information on Service Fees can be found here.  The amount of each Service Fee will depend on the Invoice2go plan that applies to your account.  

Invoice2go offers this feature to our customers as a service.   By accepting these Terms and turning on this feature, you acknowledge and agree that you are passing these Service Fees to your customers in compliance with any applicable Card Network Rules.  You are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with Card Network rules, including, but not limited to, notification requirements, surcharge limits, and surcharge disclosure rules. 

In addition, the laws in certain states may make it illegal to pass these Service Feeson to your customers.  Depending on the state where you or your customers are located, passing these Service Fees to your customers may violate certain laws.  You are solely and completely responsible for complying with any and all laws related to passing these Card Payment Fees to your customers.  

By allowing you to turn on this feature, Invoice2go is not making any determination, recommendation, or judgment whatsoever about whether it is legal or in compliance with the Card Network Rules for you to pass Service Fees to your customers.  Invoice2go will not be liable or responsible in any way for your compliance with applicable laws or Card Network Rules.

Your use of this feature and the Invoice2go service is also subject to our Terms of Service.
