Invoice2go joins forces with Bill.com

July 19, 2021

It’s an exciting day for Invoice2go and our customers. I’m happy to announce that Invoice2go has entered a definitive agreement to join forces with Bill.com. You can read more about the news here.

Invoice2go exists to amplify the independent spirit of small businesses. We’ve enabled hundreds of thousands of small businesses globally to stay organized, get paid fast, and win more work throughout our history.

When I joined the team at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 and worked with our customers, team members, and partners to shape our path forward, one thing became clear to me. We’re not just an invoicing app. We exist to support small businesses, the true backbone of the global economy, throughout their journey - with better software, financial tools, and proactive guidance, support, and community.

As our team built the new Invoice2go, we repeatedly heard from our customers about their frustration with using multiple software tools to manage their business. We listened and launched the new Invoice2go a couple of weeks ago that delivers on that promise of an all-in-one toolkit for small businesses.

Today, I’m proud that Invoice2go will be joining forces with Bill.com to accelerate that vision of building a complete small business solution that our customers have been asking for.

Once the transaction closes, the two businesses will work towards offering a single solution for all your invoicing, bill pay, and spend management needs—no more wasting time on tying revenue and expenses together or waiting for a tool that does everything small businesses need.

At Invoice2go, our customers are at the center of everything we do. We feel honored and humbled to serve the 225,000+ small businesses processing more than $24B+ in invoices/year. We’re excited to continue listening to our customers’ feedback and developing the best all-in-one tool for small business finances. Thank you for your support and trust.
