BILLING

Using the payment details you provide on buy.2go.com (for purchases made on the web directly through www.invoice2go.com), Google Play, or the App Store (as applicable) a payment will be processed for the amount displayed for the subscription being purchased.

AUTO-RENEWAL

If your subscription is set for auto-renewal, at the applicable renewal date a payment will be processed using current payment details provided on buy.2go.com (for purchases made on the web directly through www.invoice2go.com), Google Play, or the App Store (as applicable), for the current price for your subscription.

Web purchases: Subscription purchases made on the web directly through www.invoice2go.com are automatically set for auto-renewal immediately at the end of the subscription term. You may enable or disable auto-renewal at any time by following instructions on this support page.

Google Play and App Store purchases: For subscription purchases made through Google Play and the App Store, you will need to review your Google Play or App Store account to view whether your subscription is set to auto-renewal at the end of your current subscription term. You can follow the instructions on this support page for how to access this information on Google Play or the App Store, and for how to enable or disable auto-renewal for purchases made through Google Play or the App Store (which must be done directly with Google Play or the App Store, as applicable).

Should you elect to disable auto-renewal, your subscription will terminate at the end of the billing period for which you have paid. If you elect to terminate your subscription or disable auto-renew for that subscription after our limited 30-day refund window (see below), you will not be eligible for refunds for any time remaining in your most current subscription term.

UPGRADING SUBSCRIPTIONS

Web purchases: For subscription purchases made on the web directly through https://invoice.2go.com, if you upgrade your subscription before your current term expires, your auto-renewal setting will be set to “renew” on the upgraded plan. This means that for monthly plans, your subscription will automatically renew one month from that upgrade date, at the upgraded subscription rate; for annual plans, your subscription will automatically renew one year from that upgrade date, at the upgraded subscription rate.  You may enable or disable auto-renewal at any time by following instructions on this support page.

Google Play purchases: For subscription purchases through Google Play, if you upgrade your subscription before your current term expires, the new expiration date for your account will be set for either one month from the date of the upgrade (for monthly plans), or one year from the date of the upgrade (for annual plans). You will need to review your Google Play account (see instructions on this support page) to view whether your subscription is set for auto-renewal at the end of your subscription term. You may enable or disable auto-renewal at any time by following instructions on this support page.

App Store purchases: For subscription purchases through the App Store, if you upgrade or downgrade your subscription during your current subscription, the term of your upgraded or downgraded subscription, and any refunds or additional amounts, will be handled by Apple and the App Store.

SUBSCRIPTION RATE CHANGES

In the event Invoice2go subscription prices change, Invoice2go will notify you of such change at least 30 days before the date that your subscription is set to auto-renew. Your continued use of Invoice2go, upon renewal of your subscription at that new price, indicates your agreement with the new price.

If you terminate your subscription, or your subscription does not auto-renew as a result of your auto-renewal setting being disabled, any subsequent new subscription to Invoice2go will be at the then current pricing.

REFUNDS

Invoice2go may offer customers 30 days from the date of initial purchase (i.e. the first subscription purchase made for a particular Invoice2go account) to request a full refund of the subscription price listed at the time of purchase.

Web purchases: For subscription purchases made on the web directly through https://invoice.2go.com, any refunds will be arranged by Invoice2go and subject to Invoice2go’s policies from time to time.

Google Play purchases: For purchases made through Google Play, any such refund will be arranged by Invoice2go, and you may also be eligible to request a refund directly from Google. Independently of any refunds, please ensure that you also check your auto-renewal settings through Google Play by following the instructions on this support page.

App Store purchases: For purchases made through the App Store, refunds must be directly requested and approved through Apple and the App Store, and it may be that you are not eligible to receive any such refunds (in which case Invoice2go is unable to provide you with a refund).

No refunds are provided if the request for refund is made more than  30 days after the date of initial purchase (i.e. the first subscription purchase made for a particular Invoice2go account). No such refunds are offered for any renewals or upgrades of your subscription. Please visit our support page for help initiating a refund request.
