You can now make your Invoice2go customer reviews public
Word of mouth is essential to small business success – and today online reviews matter just as much. Positive reviews can help you attract more customers and any critical feedback can be used to improve your services.
A few months ago, we added a feature that allows you to automatically request a review each time a customer pays an invoice. Now, Invoice2go reviews are going public and you can add them to your instant website. You have complete control of the reviews you share publicly online – show off only the ones you want.
How do you make your reviews public? Easy. When creating or editing your instant website, just add a reviews section and select the ones you want to go live.

That’s why we’re excited to announce Engage – a new way we’ve made it easier for you to stay connected with your prospects and customers. Whether you’re looking to follow up with a customer, say thank you, or let them know about a special offer, these pre-made templates will save you time and help you automate important messages to those you do business with.
Simply access engage by navigating to Clients. As soon as you enter engage, you’ll be prompted with the follow ups you’ve already set up. Simply tap through and select your email template, edit as you need, and send. You’ll be reminded to follow up again, based on the frequency of communication you’ve selected for that client (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Underneath your follow-ups is your client list. Here you can select whether they’re a client or lead, and select your frequency of communication with them.
