As a small business owner, you’re facing an unprecedented time of uncertainty with the evolving coronavirus pandemic.

You’re in a different position to those working for a salary. And what you do is intertwined with your family life.

It’s time to rally together.

It took resilience to start your own business. We were proud to support you then, and we’re proud to stand by your side now.

Your trusted partner in good times and bad

Our corporate mission is to simplify the lives of small business owners around the globe so they can focus on what matters most. Today what matters most is your health, and taking care of family, friends and one another.

This is not the first storm we’ve weathered. We saw many businesses’ through the 2008-2009 recession before going on to celebrate good times again.

We look forward to more good times with you. But for now, it’s a matter of battening down the hatches and weathering the present storm together.

Our commitment to our team

For those of you who have inquired about how our team is doing, rest assured that we are committed to protecting our employees, deterring the spread of the virus and flattening the curve.

We were among the first companies in California’s Silicon Valley to go fully remote with working from home policy 10 days before the San Francisco Bay Area “Shelter in Place” order and 12 days before the California state order.

Our Sydney office also closed on March 13, despite no mandatory social isolation orders in place at that time.

You can count on us

The Invoice2go platform remains fully operational, and our stalwart support team is on standby for any questions you have.

You can contact us at our Support Center.

We take our responsibility to support your business seriously. That means not only providing the same great product to help you run your business but also looking for new ways to work within the uncharted territory we find ourselves in.

We’re working harder than ever to find new ways to support you. You can expect more updates from our Headquarters with more news.

One thing you can do right now

It’s fair to say that business is anything but usual.

Now more than ever, the ability to send invoices and estimates and collect money digitally is a non-negotiable.

If you haven’t been making full use of the Invoice2go app because you just haven’t had time, maybe now you can use this time to get set up.

There are multiple easy-to-follow instructions available to support business owners using the downtime to transition to paperless processes.

Digitizing and automating parts of your business will also serve you in the future. It’s a way to work ON your business even when you can’t work IN it.

We couldn’t do it without you

We are so proud of the Invoice2go community who continues to work in-person providing an “essential” service during this time.

This may include but is by no means exclusive to our plumbers, electricians, building cleaners and janitors, child care workers, disinfection companies, maintenance, emergency repair workers, freelance contractors, farmers, manufacturers, hardware stores and services and so many more.

Thank you for everything you are doing to keep our world working.

Ignite that fire in your belly

We have the power to decide how we respond to a crisis like this. It takes grit, determination and hard work to start and run your own business, so you know you can dig deep.

This is an opportunity to learn, work together, and become stronger in the long run.

From our family to yours, we wish you health, safety, and stability.
